The official website of Beyblade X anime revealed a new trailer on Sep 7, 2023, previewing the opening theme song.
ONE OK ROCK performed the opening theme “Prove,” while aespa performed the ending theme song “ZOOM ZOOM”.
Beyblade X anime is set to release on Oct 6, 2023. A brand new key visual was also revealed to commemorate the announcement.
Newly announced cast members include:
- Soma Saito as Ekusu Kurosu
- Shuichiro Umeda as Bird Kazami
- Ruriko Noguchi as Multi Nanairo
Katsuhito Akiyama, a veteren who has worked on the Beyblade series before, will be acting as the chief director, and Sotsu Terada will be directing the anime at OLM.
Other staff includes:
- Original Concept: Hikaru Muno
- Scriptwriter: Kazuho Hyodo
- Original Character Designer: Posuka Demizu
- Character design (for anime): Yoshihiro Nagamori
The illustrator of the The Promised Neverland manga, Posuka Demizu, launched Beyblade X manga, in collaboration with Kakegurui writer Homura Kawamoto and Hikaru Muno, on June 15, 2023, in in Shogakukan’s Monthly Coro Coro Comics magazine.
The manga revolves around a boy who aspires to professional Beyblade player and wants to get to Tower X, a place where all the professional players gather.
