Attack On Titan: THE LAST ATTACK Film To Feature New Post-Credit Scene

The official X account of Attack On Titan announced on Nov 1, 2024, that the anime’s upcoming compilation film, titled Attack On Titan: THE LAST ATTACK, will include an exclusive post-credit scene.

While the specific content of this scene remains under wraps, the staff has encouraged fans to experience it in theaters.

AOT The Last Attack

Attack on Titan: THE LAST ATTACK, which will feature the final season’s final parts, will hit the Japanese theatres on Nov 8, 2024.

The film will be a re-edited version featuring enhanced visuals and a 5.1ch surround sound mix, all compiled into a 145-minute feature film.

It will feature the theme song by Linked Horizon, “Two Thousand Years… Or Perhaps… To You After Twenty Thousand Years…,” originally featured in the second part of Attack on Titan’s The Final Season Final Part.

The final two parts of Attack on Titan anime released on March 2023 and November 2023 respectively.

Season 1-3 of the anime was produced by Wit Studio, before it was transferred to MAPPA.

A 25-episode first season was broadcast from April to September 2013, followed by a 12-episode second season broadcast from April to June 2017. A 22-episode third season was broadcast in two parts, with the first 12 episodes airing from July to October 2018 and the last 10 episodes airing from April to July 2019. A fourth and final season premiered in December 2020, airing 16 episodes in its first part. A second part consisting of 12 episodes aired from January to April 2022, and the third and fourth parts aired in two specials; the first premiered in March 2023, and the second premiered in November 2023.

Attack on Titan was serialized in Kodansha’s monthly shonen manga magazine Bessatsu Shonen Magazine from September 2009 to April 2021, with its chapters collected in 34 tankobon volumes.
