A new teaser trailer for My Hero Academia Season 6 revealed at Jump Festa ’22 on Sunday, Dec 19, 2021, that the season is under production and is set to air in Fall 2022. Season 6 will feature an all-out war between Heroes and Villains.
According to further predictions, Season 6 will see the anime pick right off from the “Paranormal Liberation War arc”.
In an earlier announcement it was confirmed that My Hero Academia Season 6 was under production. The official Youtube channel also unveiled an official trailer announcement for the same.
The fifth season of Kohei Horikoshi‘s My Hero Academia manga had covered events till Chapter 256, end of Volume 26.
My Hero Academia Volume 2 of the Season 5 Blu-Ray recently came out on Sep 22, 2021 and Volume 3 on Nov 24, 2021. The release date for Volume 4 is Jan 19, 2022.
Aside from the upcoming new season, the My Hero Academia: World Heroes’ Mission movie premiered last month. Within ten days, the movie earned more than 1.6 billion JPY, which converts to approximately $14.6 million USD.
