According to the official Twitter for the BLEACH anime franchise announced on Monday that, the Thousand-Year Blood War Arc anime will finally reveal new information this December at Shueisha’s Jump Festa ’22 event.
The arc is the final arc of Tite Kubo’s BLEACH manga and covers volumes 55-74.
According to the leaks, MAPPA will supposedly adapt the new season 17 of Bleach anime. However, no concrete information is available from the Studio or the franchise itself in this matter.
In addition, the Weekly Shonen Jump franchises which have confirmed Super Stages are:
- One Piece
- Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba
- Jujutsu Kaisen
- My Hero Academia
- Dr. STONE
- Black Clover
- Undead Unluck
- MASHLE
- Ayakashi Triangle
- Haikyu!!
- ONE PIECE’s Knowledge King
- SPY x FAMILY
- Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai

The event will take place on December 18-19 and will be a hybrid online and in-person event.
The in-person event will take place at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, with tickets available via lottery and with limited attendance.
The 38th issue of Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine stated the situation might change again, looking at the spreading rate of the new coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic.
The event will feature the return of the “Jump Festa Island” experience via a special smartphone app, although it will only stream some of the stage presentations from the event.
Last year’s event, Jump Festa ’21, took place as an online-only event on December 19-20.
Shueisha usually hosts the event in Tokyo each year, and the event features booths, game demos, and stage presentations for popular Shueisha franchises. The event usually reveals news about manga, anime, stage plays, and video games.
