And now, the official Twitter account for the anime suddenly started a countdown to announce something big.

On 19th October, the Twitter account dropped a bomb to psych up for Mob with Season 3 coming soon!

Premise:

Mob Psycho 100 is the story about a young middle schooler, Shigeo Kageyama, nicknamed “Mob” living in Seasoning City. Ever since he was young, he has had astounding psychic powers. However, this esper power is unable to grant him the one thing he wishes for the most: to be friends with the girl he likes in his class.

The official Twitter account for the television anime of ONE’s manga series unveiled the first teaser video on October 19.

Release Date:

The release date is still not yet announced, but it’s likely sometime around 2022.

About Mob Psycho 100

Mob Psycho 100 is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by ONE. It was serialized on Shogakukan’s Ura Sunday website from April 2012 to December 2017.

It has been also available online on Shogakukan’s mobile app MangaONE since December 2014. Shogakukan compiled its chapters into sixteen tankōbon volumes.

The first season aired between July and September 2016, followed by a second season, which aired between January and April 2019.

A live-action adaptation aired from January to April 2018. A spin-off manga series, titled Reigen, was serialized in Shogakukan MangaONE app in 2018.

Mob Psycho 100 had over 1.2 million copies in circulation as of July 2016. In 2017, the manga won the 62nd Shogakukan Manga Award in the shōnen category.
