mha hiatus

The 46th issue of this year’s Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine revealed on Monday that Kōhei Horikoshi’s My Hero Academia manga will not appear in the magazine’s 47th issue on October 25.

Unfortunately, the magazine did not reveal the cause of the hiatus. Horikoshi’s manga will return in the 48th issue on November 1.

The manga did not appear in this year’s 41st issue in September due to the author’s poor health.

The 46th issue of WSJ featured the special cover to celebrate the Final Act’s great success!

Additionally, the official Twitter account for My Hero Academia announced today, that the franchise will release an easy-to-draw guide with over 800 illustrations for the fans of the manga later this year.

According to the tweet, “I can draw with a ballpoint pen! “My Hero Academia Easy Illustration Guide” will be released on December 3rd (Friday).

Furthermore, the franchise announced that the My Hero Academia season 6 anime featuring an all-out war between Heroes and Villains is reportedly under works.

A trailer is also available from the creators of the show.

According to further predictions, Season 6 will see the anime pick right off from the Paranormal Liberation War arc.
