Studio Bones To Recruit Fresh Talents For Future Projects

Studio Bones rolled out an announcement on September 17, 2021, to hire 6 people for the trainee position, which includes recent graduates for the fiscal year ending April 2022.

The training section will dedicate itself to those who have little to no experience and only have basic drawing skills.

The announcement reveals that it will be a contract position at the studio.

After a one-year contract training period, if the recruits pass the practical examination, they can participate in the production of Bones’ projects as a contract animator.

According to the application guidelines, the contract period will be one year from April 2022 to March 2023. Those who will pass the document screening, interview, and practical examination will be recruited for the animation department.

The newcomers will have to take a training course at the Sasayuri Video Training Center to acquire the basics of video. Furthermore, Toshihiro Kawamoto, Yoshiyuki Ito, and Yutaka Nakamura, who are active at Bones, will also teach know-how on layouts and original drawings.

Bones will pay an allowance of 150,000 yen per month and bear all the training fees and necessities.

The company plans to recruit regularly twice a year in the fiscal years ending on April and October. Applications for the fiscal year ending on October 2022 will begin around March 2022.
